Rio Furnishings specializes in corporate short term housing in the Greater McAllen area (Edinburg, Mission & Sharyland). We provide an alternative to traditional hotels or extended stay hotels for corporations, traveling professionals, Government Agencies and families who may be relocating.

What is the shortest term?
Rio Furnishings requires a 90 day minimum stay.
Is a Security Deposit required?
Everyone leasing with Rio Furnishings will be required to complete an application and submit a Security Deposit.
Are the Communities ”pet friendly”?
Several apartment communities are pet friendly, however, most have a weight limit and require a pet deposit/fee.
